Great office. Dr. Barbounis is both professional and friendly as well as his staff. His assistant, Chris is a personable "ray of sunshine". Would recommend this office to my friends.

Dr Barbounis is a wonderful doctor. Both my mother and husband have been patients of his. My husband is currently a patient. He is very knowledgeable as well as friendly and kind. The office staff and technicians are extremely nice and competent. We have always felt completely satisfied with the care we receive at his office. I highly recommend him.

I had what could have been a serious foot problem and it was treated exceptionally well by Dr. Thetford over a period of months. While surgery was eventually needed it was not performed until all other options were tried. Also, I was always treated with respect not only by Dr. Thetford but his staff as well.

Although my appointment with Dr Thetford was my first, I was not disappointed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Looking forward to my next appointment. BTW, not happy with the pad to check in…can be very confusing for someone in their 80’s.

Was able to secure an appointment quickly due to severe heel pain. The office staff was helpful and check in was a breeze. Dr. B was very friendly and not rushed during my exam. Scheduled a follow-up in one week and see how my heel is.

The staff and Dr. Thetford are competent and friendly. He took the time to explain my test results in a clear fashion. Very short wait time. All in all, a good experience.

I’ve seen him a number of times due to diabetic complications. I find him very thorough and campassionate. Today I scheduled sn immediate appointment and everything from start to finished was completed thoroughly and without any fanfare. Can’t say enough

Dr Thetford was understanding and compassionate. Fracturing my ankle forced me to completely change my life plans and I was emotionally devastated by my diagnosis and plan of care. Being unable to work and dependent on others for assistance in activities of daily living was a difficult adjustment. It’s now 10 weeks since my accident and I am starting physical therapy and looking forward to returning to work soon. Dr Thetford explained the whole process in detail from the beginning and he has been accurate in realistically describing the steps involved in recovery. I appreciate that he was always honest even though he knew it wasn’t always what I wanted to hear. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed surgery due to a foot or ankle injury.

Dr. Thetford has been extremely thorough in guiding me through the healing of my foot. At each visit, he made sure I understood what we were looking at on both t he X-rays and the ultrasound. I couldn't recommend him more!

Great care. Very impressed with my first appointment. Staff setting up for procedure for doctor demonstrated excellent sterile field technique. As a retired RN I was impressed. Procedure done by Dr. Barbounis was pain free. He thoroughly explained my situation. So grateful. All staff was great.

Very glad the hospital contacted Dr. Furmanek on my behalf when I was admitted with a diabetic abscess on my foot. He was very approachable and competent with my care. He was one of a few health professionals I had contact with at NCH north that I have any respect for. His office has been very responsive and professional as well. I do recommend Dr. Furmanek.

The staff and Dr. Furmanek were all friendly, cheerful and very helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Furmamek took his time to explain my treatment options and what I could expect.
