I originally wrote this review after months under his care, but after several years, I wanted to update it because I’m so grateful to be able to walk long distances again without pain. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and his staff is wonderful. I highly recommend him. Just follow his instructions, trust the process, and you’ll be in great hands

My husband and I have been patients of Doctor barbounis for a long time, , there are not enough stars ,five are not enough, from the moment you walk into the office you feel that everything will be alright, Doctor Barbounis is the most caring brilliant doctor ever He is concerned about every part of you not just your feet and has given my husband as much time as he needs , we have been to many podiatrists from N.J.to florida and none came even close to him Appointments? Immediately if in pain or discomfort and never a problem to change a scheduled one if needed with a penalty of waiting weeks Office waiting ? We’ve never waited more than five minutes Hi doesn’t jam patients in to wait in misery, his staff knows how to schedule and they are so pleasant We never hesitate to recommend doctor Barbounis and we are always thanked by the ones we recommend to him Don’t waste your time with another podiatrist He is the best. !!!!!!! Great first visit no complaints

My experience with this office was great. Everyone I dealt with was helpful. Special notice must be given to Dr. Thetford & Robert: the doctor was very professional & knowledgeable, yet friendly. He took the time to explain everything and in ways that you fully understood him. Robert was also a professional whose friendly manner put you at ease. I was made to feel that they actually cared about me not only as a patient but as a person. I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing podiatry services.

Very impressed with the entire office. Everyone worked as a team. I injured my foot and they got me in the next day. They make you feel like your problem is very important. They tell you things to make your recovery faster and more comfortable. They got me in for a test tomorrow. Very impressed.

The Dr is very thorough, explaining the analysis and recommendations for treatment. He and his 5 star staff are patient and detail oriented. This is our 3rd podiatrist in Naples over the past 3 years and our last. Sometimes one must kiss more than one frog to find their prince. Do your homework before your hire a podiatrist. We highly recommend Dr William H. Thetford.

Dr Barbounis is a wonderful doctor. Both my mother and husband have been patients of his. My husband is currently a patient. He is very knowledgeable as well as friendly and kind. The office staff and technicians are extremely nice and competent. We have always felt completely satisfied with the care we receive at his office. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Dr. Barbounis! The office is incredibly efficient and the care is top-notch. Dr. Barbounis is friendly, professional, and excellent at explaining exactly what is going on with your feet. The staff is fantastic too. A truly seamless and positive medical experience from start to finish.

I was having pain in my ankles and Dr T gave me a cortisone shot in each ankle. Almost instant relief. It was like a miracle. I recently had my followup appointment. All was well but just as aside, I mentioned I was having pain in the lower part of both Achilles tendons. He took his time, did an ultrasound and found the probable cause. Three days later I had an MRI. He didn’t just do my followup visit. He took his time, explained everything to me and I’m on my way to having another problem resolved. This man is the best doctor in Naples, and besides that, he is one of the nicest gentleman I have ever met. He’s the real deal!!

Was absolutely fantastic. Listened to my concerns and had a plan the same day. Made medical terminology and solutions simple and easy to understand. 100% would recommend Dr T to anyone with foot and ankle issues. Supporting staff (ladies up front, guys in the room) were all very kind and friendly, made the whole experience even better.

Great experience great doctor! I must add I was disappointed in the appearance of the two men who were functioning as assistants.They were polite and informative but their messy appearance was not consistent with the doctors excellent practice..

They are excellent, I couldn’t walk,Dr. Barbounis was so friendly and kind, when he gave me the shot in my ankle it didn’t even hurt, He talked to me as a person, and explained to me what was going on so I could understand in my language. I was so impressed. Also when you first walk in Angelina greets you with a great smile and a friendly hello, which makes you feel very welcome. And she takes care of you. Then there is Chrissy, she took my x rays and listened to me when I was hurting so bad, she wrapped my ankle and gave me my instructions, but she was exceptional! Very kind and friendly, & just made you feel relaxed even though you were in pain. Thank you all for your extraordinary thoughtfulness in what you do! It’s appreciated,

Great experience! It is refreshing to experience such professionalism and care in a Dr. office in Naples. From the pre-visit work to receptionist, to the tech (Robert) it was an inviting and stress less process. I felt Dr. Thetfords deep care and his expertise with flexibility to treat helped me to trust easily. Very happy with every minute of my visit. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Thetford.
