Finally a place where you don’t have to make 30/40 minutes after your appointment time to get seen. Everyone was exceptionally nice starting right from the moment you walk in. Dr Hansen was very soft spoken and very helpful with understanding what was happening. Special thank you to Sonya who was his assistant. She was kind, caring, and gentle and also knowledgeable when I had follow up questions I had forgotten to ask while the dr was in. Highly recommendable to come here if you are in need. 20 out of 10 rating if I could.

Doctor Thetford is a first rate physician and surgeon. He will take time necessary to explain your diagnosis and your treatment options.

Dr. Thetford has been very thorough during our medical crisis. His bedside manners are immeasurable. He takes the time to explore all options and explain all procedures before, during and after. Dr. Thetford will continue be our podiatrist so long as he is in practice. I highly recommend his if you need a quality dr by your side.

I was treated for painful callus issues on my feet by Dr. Thetford and he was very professional and took the time to explain what was causing the issue. He treated my feet and I came out of the office without pain. It felt great to be able to walk pain free again.

There was a little bit more of wait in the patient room than I would have liked, but the staff is always pleasant ant attentive. My regular Doc, Austin Hansen, was off for a few days, so I was seen by one of the new docs on staff. Was up to speed on what needed to be done - last of four rounds of injections. I wish I could remember her name! Regardless, she did a nice job.

I have known Dr Hansen for some time now. He has worked on many issues Diabetic foot care, broken foot, and all kinds of other foot and toe issues. i.e. nails, bones, skin, etc Thank you Dr Hansen and staff.

Dr. Hansen and his team are always wonderful to deal with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, polite and answer all questions. They spend all the time you need with them and you never feel rushed when you are there. I feel like I am in with an old school doctor when I am there (although he is very young) the way he listens and takes time with me. I would recommend him highly.

Got an emergency appointment on short notice. Everyone in the office was super nice. Dr. Hensen has arguably the best bedside manner I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Surgery was performed and now recovering. Zero complaints. Very well run office and practice. Highly recommend

My initial visit w Dr Thetford was a great experience. He was very thorough and helped me understand my situation, and the next steps in my treatment plan. Excellent bedside skills. Staff was great, prompt, and efficient with me. I actually look forward to follow up visits as needed.
